Venture Capital
OkiFin participates in token issuances and crypto startups. Our primary goal as a financial investor is to provide funding in the early stages of a project.
Forms of participation
Equity participation
OkiFin directly participates in the corporate shares of a company. This provides the company not only with financial support but also strategic advice from OkiFin.
Convertible loan
This form of financing is a loan that can be converted into company shares at a later date. This offers flexibility for both parties and minimizes financial risk for OkiFin.
SAFT-Agreement
A SAFT is a contract that grants OkiFin the right to acquire tokens that the blockchain project will issue in the future. This is particularly suitable for companies in very early stages that do not yet have a functioning token.
Token-Acquisition
OkiFin participates in token issuances starting from the private sale phase. This allows us to invest early in promising projects and support them throughout their development.

Financing Phases
Crypto startups go through various financing phases to raise capital for the development and scaling of their projects. Funding typically begins with initial investments from venture capitalists or through crowdfunding and is often expanded with a token issuance. These phases enable the securing of necessary funds for research, product development, and market expansion. In later stages, additional funding rounds may follow to promote growth and enter new markets.

Sales Phases
Token emissions, also known as Initial Token Offerings (ITO), are an essential financing tool for crypto startups. They are typically conducted in staggered phases to ensure broad investor participation and fair distribution of tokens. These sales phases enable the collection of capital for project development and promote a decentralized ownership structure, which is crucial for the stability and security of the network. After issuance, the tokens can be traded on various cryptocurrency exchanges, increasing liquidity and allowing holders to realize their investments.
